Luckey LLC is a design-build firm specializing in custom climbing sculptures that transform public spaces into iconic destinations for play and exploration. Directed by kid architect and sculptor Spencer Luckey, his Connecticut-based design and fabrication studio has produced over 220 one-of-a-kind Luckey Climbers across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.
Designed for museums, mixed-use developments, and visitor attractions, Luckey Climbers are large-scale, immersive structures that encourage physical engagement, spatial reasoning, and social interaction among children of all ages. These dynamic sculptures—crafted from sculpted plywood or molded plastic platforms suspended within steel pipe and cable frameworks—are equal parts public art, interactive exhibit, and kinetic playground. Once installed, they come alive as vibrant, ever-changing centers of activity and connection.
