Luckey & Luckey Children's Climbers

"The Luckey climber is the anchor of our Power Play exhibit. The inherently simple activity of climbing is transformed into an interactive, engaging and beautiful work of art as children fill the many levels and pathways throughout the climber. It's an awesome, stimulating and exciting experience for children of all ages."

-Chad Gehring, Director of Exhibit Design and Production Children's Museum of Houston.

"The Luckey Climber at the Children's Discovery Museum is the most popular exhibit at the Museum. When children enter the Museum and look up at the climber as their introduction to the museum experience, one word is always heard "WOW". Visitors return again and again to climb in the Luckey Climber."

-Shari Buckellew, Manager of Children's Discovery Museum in Normal, IL

"We had a few goals when we decided to add a Luckey Climber to The Children's Garden at Providence Children's Museum:

Our Luckey Climber has met all of those goals. It has been open since June 2010 - so through two summer seasons. We have not had one single accident or mishap involving the climber - it is safe. And it's fun and challenging - kids surge to it, grown-ups can't believe it, everyone loves it (including museum staff). And it looks great - whimsical, artful, a climbing sculpture - and a signature for the museum. It is featured on all our print pieces. And it has increased fair weather visitation. Summer of 2010 when the Climber opened we had all-time record number of visitors and summer 2011 kept pace with that. Also, we've had increased visits in the "shoulder months" of May, September and October."
